Is installation included in the price?
Yes, standard installation is included in the quoted price for all
products. Additional civil work or special requirements may be
charged separately.
Do products come with warranty?
Yes — manufacturer warranty applies on all products. Typical
warranties: Solar products (5-10 years), RO systems (1-2 years),
Heat Pumps (2-5 years).
How long does installation take?
RO systems: 2–4 hours. Solar water heaters: usually 1–2 days
depending on system size and complexity. Commercial projects may
take longer.
Do you provide annual maintenance contracts (AMC)?
Yes — we offer AMC plans for all our products including regular
servicing, priority support, and discounted repairs.
